A Request Form Built Around Triage
The form asks what a flight coordinator needs to plan the mission.
Case Study
A booking desk for air ambulance missions: a triage-aware request form, a route price calculator and a browser call button, in two languages
Overview
Someone arranging a medical flight is usually doing it in the worst week of their life — a relative in a foreign hospital, an insurer asking for numbers, no idea what any of it costs. A generic contact form makes that worse: the desk has to call back three times before it can even quote. This site is built so that one submission carries the route, the patient's mobility level and the diagnosis, and so that the cost range is visible before the first conversation.
